Our Rates

1. Monthly Management Fee:

   • 6% of the monthly rent

2. Tenant Placement Fee:

   • 1/2 month's rent

3. Inspections:

   • Fall Inspection: $99

   • Spring Inspection: $99

   • Move-in and Move-out Inspection: Free

4. Lease Screening:

   • Free

5. Project Management for Major Repairs:

   • Case by case basis (Fee to be determined based on the scope of the project, Caps at minimum 5%-maximum 9%)

6. Paralegal Fee:

   • Case by case basis (Fee to be determined based on the complexity of the legal matter)

7. Monthly Property Visit:

   • Free (One visit per month included in the management fee)

8. Property Set-Up Fee:

   • $200 (One-time fee for setting up the property in the management system)

Please note that all fees are subject to change and may vary based on the specific terms outlined in the property management agreement. Additionally, the paralegal fee and project management fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the unique circumstances of each situation.
